Lisa and Kevin came in last year and booked with me for their wedding this October, at Marquis Gardens in Hamilton. I noticed right away that they are very funny and totally at ease with each other, and well I’ll say it – they are silly as all get out. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much during an engagement session and despite the heat the time flew.  Check out a few photos from the session!

I loved the light coming through this section so I asked them to sit down in it and relax!

Apparently relaxing = kissing for them hehehehe

Next we went to this great open field to get some big blue sky photos –

after all that running and jumping around we all just took a moment and relaxed in the shade

I took these from downstream a little bit to try and capture something a little more candid

I saw the reflection of the bridge in the water and loved it – they totally went back to the bridge and I was happily snapping away photos of them looking in the water and then they just kissed 🙂

They spotted this tree and liked the curve in it so we decided to take a photo of them in there. Someone (can’t remember whether it was Kevin or Lisa) thought it would be a good idea to play patty cake (the first photo) until they realized it’s probably been a few years since they last played and started laughing (second photo)
