This wedding will be in two parts because I want to do justice to the amazingness of their reception. The speeches were incredibly heartfelt and absolutely hilarious and really deserve to be highlighted. I met Tamara at the Vintage Hotels wedding show – brought to me by her dear friend Deidre (a former Hotel sales staff member and friend of mine) we hit it off right away. I loved her sense of humour and she was very down to earth. I knew their wedding would be fun and it was and so much more. Derek I think you are pretty awesome – they way you did little meaningful things for Tamara during the day to keep her calm was so beautiful and shows how much you love her but this blog post might be a little more of a love fest about Tamara. I can see why you chose her – her gentle but passionate spirit is amazing – it encourages people to do more and be more around her. Her love of laughter and presence in the moment was a joy to photograph and I can say without a doubt that she truly enjoyed every moment of her day – you can tell just how happy she was in photos.
