When I met Kim for the first time I met her with some of her wedding party and her Mom. They struck me as a fun and lively group and I knew that she really got my sense of humour. I was told her wedding to Skip was going to be a big party and MAN it was! Some of the most fun people I’ve ever photographed and I found myself giggling along with everyone there. I loved watching these two join their hearts together and promise to spend forever together.
Opting for a first look we kept it private and secluded in one of the Pillar and Posts hallways and the look on Skip’s face was priceless.
All the lovely bridesmaids in blue
Skip with his best man and two sonsThese lovely ladies were brave going outside for the first few shots but the inside of the Pillar and Post is so pretty and has great light so why not shoot inside?Back outside for a few – the cold is just a good reason to cuddlethere are so many photos from this wedding day where everyone is fully engrossed in laughter – I loved it – the energy was amazing! The beautiful Upper Canada Room – it has the great rustic feeling love these series of Kim and Skip with their parents – you can see why they have chosen each other as both are used to being surrounded by laughter. The party was definitely lively and everyone had a great time but I’ll leave you with one last sweet moment. As bride and groom you should take moments all throughout the day to do this – just spend time in each other’s arms being present in the moment and absorb all the love and good wishes of your family and friends.
