WELCOME TO MY BRAIN…

We had our initial meeting at Ravine Winery – it was cold but inside around the table, chatting with Matt, Laura, their Mom’s and Lisa (their wedding planner) felt like sitting down with family. We joked, we laughed and I knew that we would end up working together. With some people it just feels like you have been friends for a long time and that things are easy going and comfortable. Not only did I like Matt and Laura but I liked their Moms! [oh and Lisa’s not bad either;)] I knew this would be a fun day and it truly was! Jessica and I felt like guests and were welcomed to enjoy every part of the day. It was the longest wedding I have worked in awhile but it didn’t feel like it at all.

Starting out at a private estate in Queenston, where Laura got ready and where we did their first look – everything was gorgeous. Surrounded by friends and family the whole day was filled with so much warmth and SO (triple underscore) much fun. I love love love the photos of these two because they really do show their personalities.

Matt and Laura you are incredibly gracious people – being a part of your wedding was a huge honour. I’m so glad you chose me to capture your day – I can’t wait to show you all of the photos. I have been waiting to share them and will only be sharing them on the blog but hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
